House Accounts

The primary purpose of the house account is to give you the freedom of not always having your wallet on you. It also allows us to generate a summary of purchases for the house accounts from specific dates or for the whole season. This makes it convenient to track spending and bill splitting amongst housemates.

To set up a house account, stop by or call us during our business hours. A valid credit card is kept on file, and a four-digit PIN is chosen by you to use when checking out. An initial payment of $500.00 is required to open the house account every year. This payment of $500.00 is used towards your purchases. After the initial payment is used and the total on the house account owes $200.00 or more, we will run the card on file for the exact amount owed. House accounts are checked, and payments are run every Monday during our hours of operation.

To use the house account in the store, enter your chosen PIN into the pin pad at checkout. Then, the cashier will confirm the last name with you or your authorized user. That PIN is uniquely yours and that of whoever else you authorize to sign on to your account. We can update the number if necessary. Feel free to give us a call with any questions.

2026 UPDATE

Dear House Account Users,

We are so excited to return for another season and to greet familiar faces as we kick off our opening weekend!

As we begin to resume normal operations, we are asking that our House Account Holders open their accounts. As we have done in the past, when you open your House Account, an initial deposit of $500 is required. This payment as always goes towards your purchases. It can be done with a credit/debit card, check, or cash payment at checkout. Please also make sure your Pines address, email, phone number & credit card are up to date when you re-open your account. You may also mail checks to: PO Box 687 Sayville NY 11782, if it’s easier to do so.

We have previously offered a 5% bonus on your account for initial payments of $ 1,000 made by cash or check only. This offer will continue to run for the duration of the 2026 season as well. We are now also offering an increased bonus of 10% for House Account payments of $2,000 or more paid in cash or by check only. This offer will be temporary, running until June 1st, 2026.

This winter we decided to transform the space above the Pantry into the “Pantry Loft”. This new space will be filled with Housewares, Pet Supplies, Hardware, and more. The new 10% bonus we are offering will immensely help us to quickly stock/supply inventory in the Loft. If you, as homeowners, have any ideas about what home goods, pet supplies, and hardware products you would like to see in the new Loft, we invite you to share your product recommendations. A suggestion box will be available on the website.
